  5. Select the services to start option as Automatic from the drop-down menu and then click on Start.
  6. At last, open the QuickBooks application and then try to open the file again.
STEP- 2 (This step will help you to  Rename .TLG and .ND files)
  1. Close QuickBooks on all computers.
  2. Now, open the company file folder on the server system. After that, find and select.TLG file associated with your QuickBooks file showing QuickBooks Error Code H202 while opening it.
  3. Right-click on the .TLG file and select Rename option.
  4. Rename the file prefix OLD before the file name and then click Enter.
  5. Go through the same steps for the .ND file as well as close the QuickBooks Company File Folder. 
  6. .ND file and .TLG file is created automatically when you again open the company file.
  7. At last, open the company file again while holding the alternative key till the files open.
