  • To see the paychecks in QuickBooks Desktop that haven’t been sent to Intuit, click the Find button.
  • Make a note of the pay stub’s specifics (s). Save and send to Excel.
STEP 3 These are the steps you need to follow in order to clear the previous paychecks:
  • Begin by checking the first item on the list. Locate the paycheck and open it.
  • Click on Paycheck Detail button
  • Add the same earnings item as the last earnings item in the list to the Earnings section of the Review Paycheck window. (For example, if Hourly Rate is the last item on the list, add another earnings item with the same name to the list.)
  • The message “Net Pay Locked” will appear. To close the message, select No.
  • Select the new earnings item you’ve added in the Rate field.

  • Select Yes if you receive a message about a previous transaction.
  • To close the paycheck, select Save & Close.
  •  When the Recording Transaction warning message appears, select Yes.
  • Open the paycheck again.
  • Choose Paycheck Details from the drop-down menu.
  • Remove the earnings items from the Earnings section that you just added.
  • (Before deleting or recreating paychecks, double-check that the Earnings section doesn’t have any blank line items.)
  • Select OK, then Save & Close to close the paycheck after making sure the taxes and Net Pay haven’t changed.
  • You will have to repeat these steps for every paycheck in the Online to Send status results. After completing it, try sending usage data again
