After I reinstall QuickBooks on a second computer after my original computer crashed, I receive an error code of -6000-832. After a few minutes, the programmed launches, but I receive an error code. I’m at a loss on what to do. Any advice?

Hy Tony,
Error Code -6000, -832 in QuickBooks typically indicates a hosting issue with the .ND file or a damaged company file. It often arises when trying to access a QuickBooks company file stored on a network server. To fix this, ensure that only one computer is set as the host for the QuickBooks database server. Additionally, try renaming the .ND and .TLG files associated with your company file, which can often resolve the issue. If the problem persists, restoring a backup of your company file or using QuickBooks File Doctor may help.
