Allow me to take over and give you some details on using QuickBooks Online Plus to remove invoices and payments.
We still haven’t found a solution for this unexpected behavior, as my colleague already stated. Although we don’t yet know when or how this will be resolved, you can be confident that we are treating it seriously. Please be aware that our staff has been attempting to fix these problems all night long.

Could you please specify the precise problem that caused the file to get corrupted so that we can assist you with the appropriate issue resolution? Alternatively, if you could provide me a screenshot, I could see the problem more clearly.
