@Adam @jamsjarrys  I will try this but that isn’t the error code I’m trying to fix. I continue receiving the PS038. I’m still unable to process payroll. I’ve had workers that have to wait days to get paid.

I recently updated to QuickBooks Desktop 2024, however while attempting to finish payroll updates, I’m receiving Error PS038. It’s concerning because paycheck is about due. Is there anyone else who has gone through this or who has a solution?
